Love the Bar Method! Instructors are fantastic! They are helpful, enthusiastic, and encouraging in helping you meet your personal goals. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. Best workout experience I have ever had!

Love the workout and burn AND, the environment and people are amazing... In less than 4 months I have totally transformed my body and am so much stronger!!

What a terrible customer service experience. After rushing to get to class due to delays at work, they refused to let me enter because I was a few minutes late. I was told at the front desk that I could just be moved into another class; however, the accounting manager was contacted for approval and then refused to allow that. She said I’d be marked as missed and would need to book a new class if I wanted to attend a later one. When I tried explaining what I was told by the front desk, she literally began yelling at me over speakerphone and told me I should’ve arrived 15 minutes early because it was my first class. Completely mixed messages and a humiliating experience. Despite having great workouts at Barre Method locations in Chicago, I will never return to this one.
