Horrible costumer service.We have been a loyal customer for years. We received an invoice for another business. When we called to let them know that we did not order this nor receive it, they accused our office of theft. When we let them know that they applied our account number to another business and shipped it to the other business (per the invoice) they told our office that it is our responsibility to fix their billing issue.

Astounding is the hours of these medical supply stores. I suppose you have to be permanently disabled and/or unemployed or independently wealthy to be able to shop and pick up what is needed.

Good luck dealing with them. The salespeople are impossible to get a hold of. They never return phone calls. Jeff is like dealing with a child. The only way to make sure he actually does his job is to keep checking in on him. Mary Beth blamed me for things not getting done because I did not keep calling Jeff. That is not my responsibility. He is an adult and should do the things he said he would do with adult supervision. Mary Beth doesn't even know that the delivery fee charged by Landice includes delivery and setup. The only reason I dealt with them was they had the treadmill I wanted. After spending $4200 on a treadmill, I expected top notch service. Now, every time I look at my treadmill, I get angry and feel sick to my stomach. I wish they could come and remove my treadmill and give me money back. I wish I never would have heard of Advantage Medical and Landice. Indy needs better fitness equipment companies to deal with.
