In the multiple visits he made to my room in the hospital, both before and after my procedure, he was very clear and concise in the information he provided me. His attentiveness to my questions and concerns was without question, and I knew he genuinely valued my well-being as his patient. Thank you, Dr. Stevens, for such exceptional service.

        Drive over 3 1/2 hours to pick up my son for a 4:00 appointment with Dr Stevens, called to let the office know we would be 5 min late. Well, We were 6 minutes late for an appointment and was told we need to reschedule. Terrible customer service. The girls in the office couldn’t even tell us which door to enter the hospital
