Computer Service Center Of Carmel

Went in there, first impression it looks like a dump, a bunch of computers from early 2000s to make it look like he's busy, very unprofessional. Used Computer Store in Mohegan Lake 20 minutes away for 20+ Years, well worth the trip to go to a place where you feel like you would be taken advantage of, also they only take cash, (very suspicious) STAY AWAY!

Nice guy, very knowledgeable and reasonable priced. Nunzio knows computers etc. I go to him when I have PC problems. I highly recommend him.

Over the years I have had many problems regarding laptops and home computers, from a Mac in college to a more recent dell and HP home setup. The owner may not sugar coat with rainbow and smiles, but he has always been honest and straightforward in his recommendations, having yet to steer me wrong or find a problem he was unable to fix.

I recently had my desktop computer repaired at the Computer Service Center Of Carmel. The experience was one which we all want from a service provider: professional, efficient, competent and at a reasonable cost. All of these were provided at this repair shop. While I had not purchased the desktop from this business, Nunzio took the time to listen to the issues I was having, explained how he would repair it and what the cost would be. . .far below what I had anticipated it costing. He even explained how he would preserve all my data, photos and music and have them back on the hard drive when I picked it up in a few days. Prior to that, I had purchased a used laptop there and it was like new when I bought it and hundreds of dollars less than a comparable new one would cost. I would not hesitate to use this company for repair or purchase in the future.
