I'm a VIP member which means I get a 20% discount on my dry cleaning. Today, I went to pick up my clothes and was told the computer system was down so I needed to pay cash. I told them that was fine and they rang me up. Then, she gave me a price of $45 without the discount. I asked about the price and she said she couldn't give me the discount because the computers were down. So instead of figuring out the discount, she chose to lose a good customer. I hope you will think twice about giving them your business! (There have been other issues before.)

I stopped by this morning to drop some clothes off to be cleaned. I explained I was going on a business trip tomorrow morning and would drop the clothes off only if I could get them back today. They said their computer system was down and causing some issues, but they gave me this piece of paper and said that they could get it done for me today. I just stopped by and they told me they don’t do same-day service. I showed the manager the ticket and the manager said she did not approve it. She said my clothes were cleaned but that I could not have them until their computer system was back up and running. I may end up having to buy new clothes now for my business trip tomorrow. I am usually a delivery customer... looks like I will be cancelling that service and giving their competitors my business.
