We do a lot of internal promoting here, so the possibility for growth and advancement is limitless. Managers have an open door policy and will treat you with respect and actually listen. The production floor has realistic rates with downtime already calculated up front, so meeting goal is always feasible. Really just an all around great place to work with awesome people!

Worked there for about a week. Walked out after I got hit by a hammer that was thrown. Very unsafe place to work.
