my one star goes to the guy that was nice at the front desk. took my car in to run a diagnostic on what was wrong with my ac. took it home and immediately the electric fan wouldn’t shut off until 5 minutes past when the car was actually off. this ended up causing my car to have a coolant leak: at the time my headlight was also out so i figured i’d just have them do it while i was there. got home and realized the bulb was still not fixed. took it out and whoever put it in gave me the wrong size and wedged it in breaking the bulb. for the diagnostic fix i had to pay hundreds of dollars to take it to poynter to fix it. do not go here it’s not worth your time.
