Monroe County Pizza (MCP)

We paid almost $20 for the buffet, the Wait staff was rude they never came to check on us or clear our plates or refill our drinks, and in the 45 mins we were there they didn’t bring out any new pizza and there was only 3 pizzas on the buffet none on which I liked, there were no bread sticks and no meat balls at the side station like they usually have, there were no little cups for the cheese sauce or marinara sauce, and when I asked politely if they were going to put out more breadsticks, they told me where they should be on the buffet and I had already checked but went and looked again and told them there wasn’t any out, the waitress sighed loudly and rolled her eyes and said “fine I’ll put some ok?” Worst experience I’ve had at this establishment, used to be great but absolutely horrible today, extremely disappointed... also I have pics of all of it, the stack of dishes they never came to get, the empty cups they never refilled, and the practically empty buffet choices...

For me I will never be back again left ran across the street to big lots barely made it to the bathroom now I'm sick as can be I should have knew better because the bar was horrible

One of my favorite pizza places in town. Great prices. Daily specials. Buffet is amazing. And employees are great.

I placed an order at 4:00 pm, by 5:30 we still have no food. I called to check on our order and we were told it will be "dispatched" in 15-20 min. My credit card has already been charged including a tip. So my husband decides to go to the store to pick up our order. I call grubhub to get a refund of the delivery fee and tip, after 10 min of arguing they finally agree to refund those fees. Ended up having to call a 2nd time because they didn't refund the delivery fee. The food was good but not worth waiting almost 2 hours. The only thing the store did for us was a free 2 liter and only after my husband asked what are you going to do to make this right. We won't be going back!
