IU Health Advanced Pain Center

This is just a rehabilitation center. Don't come here expecting them to do anything for you quickly if you are in pain. They scheduled me for an injection 3 weeks out after taking 2 weeks to get an appointment. So 5 weeks in pain before they will do anything.

I had an appointment there today. I showed up 15 minutes early to ensure time to do paperwork. I walked in the office and stood at the check in for about 5 minutes; the whole time while my knee hurt extremely bad and it felt like someone took a knife and ran it down my leg. Finally I had to sit down. I was the only patient in that clinic for 30 minutes. Finally after that time I left. As I was pulling out of the parking lot an employee there ran out to stop me. At that point I was so frustrated and had prior engagements I had to go. Perhaps if they were more concerned doing there work this would have not happened. They knew I was there I made contact with multiple employees.

Dr. Daewoong Lee. One needs to only Google his biography online for his many backgrounds with very prestigious universities and hospitals. i.e., University of Chicago, Harvard Medical School, The Mayo Clinic and more. Dr. Lee treats chronic and acute pain and he is also an anesthesiologist. He is very professional, a good listener, and an extremely caring doctor. The front desk personnel are kind and Dr. Lee's nurses are exceptional. My pain for each matter has subsided under their care. I am very grateful for their care.

Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Lee was wonderful. Very thorough explaining my diagnosis and the procedures I will be having. The bedside manner was superb! Thank you Dr Lee and Staff. I was scared but he helped ease my stress by patiently answering all my questions.

Every single person I saw in the office was completely kind and sweet and the doctor, Dr. Lee, was amazing. He listened to me, I listened to him, and any time I felt anything he took care of it right away and it that means a lot to me. He's amazing and so is his staff. Thank you.
