Pearle Vision

I am not sure why anyone would go to any optometry office in Bloomington except Pearle Vision at Concord Mall. The service at this office is the friendliest and most accommodating place of business I use. It is clear that the customer comes first, and if there is a problem, it is remedied to the customers satisfaction. I have never walked out of there without a smile on my face. We have gone there for five years, a few times a year, and have never had a bad experience. THIS place is customer service at its finest. Thank you Matt for your helpful and efficient service.

They no longer carry Clics reading glasses. So much for customer service. 😑

I had the most pleasant experience I have ever had at an eye doctor here. I was there for over two hours and not even mad about it which I feel says a lot. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and I really felt I could trust Dr. Deak with my eyes.

I had a wonderful eye exam. Dr. Etienne was very thorough and helpful. However the rest of my experience has been mixed. I went to pearle to get a quote (was at competitor's first). The quote was, "if you got all the finest, with your plan, it would cost you a max of $350." It actually ended up costing $100 more. The website hours are incorrect and I have had a very difficult time picking up my glasses, arrived only to to find you were closed. Not bad if you live in Bloomington, but I don't.
