        Not an appropriate gesture., They called to check the arrival time of an appointment and when saying 5 minutes away., they couldnt wait for 5 minutes. Instead took the next patient ahead and expected to wait for more than an hour and 30 minutes for the appointments scheduled ahead of that patient. Im surprised that they have no patience to wait for 5 minutes and expect the patient to wait for an hour and 30 minutes just for being 5 minutes away., looks they value only their time and not patients time and can do whatever they need.

        Everyone is Right about Aspen dental. I called the call center on Friday afternoon to see when I can get it. Im have horrible pain, my tooth is bleeding and the right side of my face is swollen. The lady told me the soonest they can get me is on the following Monday. I said perfect, I went all weekend with pain, swollen if, no sleep, no eating to come find out Monday morning I didnt have N appointment. You guys need to do better. I have heard nothing about how horrible you guys are. I think its time for someone to step up.
