The last time I spoke with Mr.Spalding he handed me a brown folder, with 3 small spiral notebooks. I asked him for my other papers, his reply " I just tossed out about 13 boxes a few days ago, but don't worry, everything was scanned in. Contact my office in 3 days. I'll have my Secretary get them for you". This was about 4 years ago. Many years I would bring in every paper I could find with regards to this case. I have called well over 50 times since our last conversation. I asked one of his x's if she would ask him to return every paper I brought in from MY HOME. She did this while I was standing there, still no reply. I have also asked for print outs of the case itself "however many boxes it will take" to read on the case. He has returned zero since our last face to face combo.
