I had my doubts about this place looking at the reviews, but other than the longer wait time I don't have much to complain about. When calling over the phone, the shirt price was accurate but the two-piece suit price was not. However, since the total was pretty cheat, I didn't mind too much at all.

I usually go to Spring Dry Cleaning, but the location of this place (so close to campus!) was tempting. Oops. The teenagers at the counter looked irritated that I even showed up and interrupted them. I explained I wanted a stain treated and she said "well we're all out of the spot markers, but everything usually comes out in the cleaning so whatever." Picked up the garment a week later and not only was the stain not out, it was much larger and worse. I pointed it out and the teenagers said oh well, nothing we can do about it and its our policy not to offer refunds. Great. Not an adult in sight. You just ruined my $300 pants that I love and I will never be back to this place. I understand that mistakes happen, but absolutely zero effort to make it right.
