I cannot say enough good things about Elmore Construction.  I trusted them with renovating my entire house in three phases. These people are trustworthy, professional, and highly-competent.  Remodeling is stressful.  John and Nick are so easy and pleasant to work with.  Their prices are very reasonable.  Both are smart, talented and consistent. From custom stucco range hoods and architectural details like arches and niches, these guys know what they are doing.  They go the extra mile to make things right.  They are tidy, respectful, and show up on time every day.  Nick is especially good at tile and has done amazing, perfect installations in my bathroom, patio and kitchen.  He installed my back patio tile so nicely that the manufacturer came out and took photos for their website!Now that my remodel is complete, I'm so happy with how things came out-- thanks to them. I highly recommend them!

Two years ago John and Nic built an 8x14 redwood deck for me, with a gate, about 3 feet off the ground.   It was strong, sturdy, and every wood piece fitted, parallel and level.   I walked out this morning, the sun shining, and sat down with my tea.   I realized I could not see one screw, not even in the deck boards, there were no rust spots,  the boards were well spaced, heels don't catch, and the space between boards is clean.   The gate has no sag.   So thank you, John and Nic, for this beautiful deck.

John Elmore is a standup General Contractor.We have all worked with people who talk a good story however, when it comes to doing the actual work, they  fall short.I needed a contractor that could take care of some outside framing and stair replacement. I met with several  contractors that bid a little less money for the job however, I did not feel that they had the working knowledge that John did. We came to a price up front and in the end that is what John and his team were paid.John suggested some good ideas regarding the project. For me, I wanted a single point of contact to get all the work done and John did a great job in this area.I had bad experiences in the past where contractors started a job, then over time stopped showing up. That never happened on this job; John and Nic were here early each day from start to finish.Bottom-line, the final product was "turn-key" for me, all due dates were met (a big plus). I am still amazed at how well Nic matched the stucco where they had replaced some doors and windows. John and his son, Nic are outstanding and make a great working teamRon Hall

Our experience with John Elmore Construction started with John's estimate which was timely, fair and lower than our other estimate.  John arranged for the delivery of the windows for our window replacement job and began the install quickly thereafter.  John and his assistant did a great job replacing our windows.  They were polite, clean, able to work through the inevitable problems as they came up, and were so obviously experienced and knowledgeable about their work.  They were systematic, methodical and cleaned up meticulously when they were done.Professional, professional, professional.  Need I say more.? We highly recommend John Elmore Construction and will use them again in the future.
