        We were completely satisfied with everything from the first phone call up to the completion of the repair. I was able to set everything up on their website and the contact staff called back immediately.We Highly recommend this company to anyone.

        The technician never showed up. First, at the end of their arrival window he called that he would be 45 minutes late. After another 2 hours, I call his number and was told he wouldn't be coming and to reschedule for another day. Why is it that I had to make the call to learn of this? Why weren't they going to call me? I already wasted one day waiting on him. Won't waste another.
