Wow is all I can say! Dr. Hayes changed my life! I HIGHLY recommend to go to go Dr. Hayes! A former Doctor messed my teeth and jaw up badly! And I was very self conscious of my smile as a kid. I was definitely a difficult task to take on and he made me the confident young woman I thought I’d never see! Amazing service, clean and extremely friendly! The receptionists were THE MOST nice and caring people! Very helpful and always keep the patient first! So happy with the outcome!

This is such a great place to get braces Dr. Hayes handles everything so nicely him and his team are very quirky an unique and it makes the place so amazing. My little brother was being a bit of a pest and they showed no rudeness towards him at all. 100% recommend this for anyone getting braces.

I had a awful experience as the receptionist wouldn't reschedule my sons appointment. I agreed to show for his appointment unfortunately my insurance ended on December 1st not knowing until yesterday. I tried straightening out the insurance issue all day today. Just knowing that I wasn't able to pay out of pocket for evaluation I had no other option but to cancel and reschedule.....she was just not even interested in the cause for my hopes to change and reschedule. I already got him reapplied but not even listening to see if they could of just billed me and my insurance could of back paid. Pretty awful and upsetting

This place calls the police on you if you don't like the way they handle a situation. I heard a story today about them calling the police on a patient's parent when they showed up for an appointment. How unprofessional! How about you cancel the appointment with them instead of waiting for them to show up just to show your superior! Woulnt recomment them to even do my dogs teeth! Terrible! They deserve a 0 rating! Apparently your receptionist can't carry herself if a professional manner to handle a dispute with a paying consumer! But I guess you got your big chunk of change from the insurance company and that's all that matters after all right!
