        Mr. Winebrenner scrapped a "popcorn" ceiling for me some years ago.  He did outstanding work! No complaints.

        A relative rented property from Mr. Winebrenner. The lease allowed Mr. Winebrenner to charge rent, even after death, for the remaining period of the lease. We talked to several area landlords. None do this. The lease also allows Mr. Winebrenner to decide what constitutes unreasonable damage. He made false assertions in order to keep a large part of the damage deposit.

        Very nice man, however a job that was quoted to take one day turned into 4 days with very little communication.  After we paid him over $2000 he left with two holes in my wall and just moved my stove to cover them up.
