Thought was a good place to work, till I left because of layoffs from uaw strike. Then they said I had to pay back vacation time because I didn't earn it, mind you was never updated in hand book. So my last check was zero dollars. Would not recommend anyone working there.

The staff and opperators are completely replaceable to the higher ups. Currently temps are getting paid more than people who have been there for 3 years. Temps are also getting different bonuses on top of making morr than direct hires. Overtime is every day up to 12hrs. Some areas have not had a weekend off in 5 weeks, other areas are on a longer stretch. If you want to work here note that you will NOT have a life other than T.I. and sleeping. Don't drink the kool aid this attack on your time will not be ending anytime soon. In my opinion, I shouldn't have to use vacation days or points to get a Saturday or Sunday off. I would not recommend parents or people with other responsibilities work here. Plus side is that this plant is clean, temperature controlled to an extant and you might just get put with some good people.
