Ray was super easy, schedule the install to got our schedule, arrived on time, explained how the system worked, asked 3 or 4 times if I had questions. He told me how soon to check the salt based on how many people are in our house. Ray followed up with a phone call 1 week later to make everything was working well. Ray is a perfect example of how a service provider should operate their business.

From the first contact with Ray, I could tell this was going to be a positive experience. His B&B Water Solutions team followed through with great service from initial contact, showing up on time, fast installation, and follow up. He is very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had about water softening. Ray was very professional, provided a quality service, and ensured everything was cleaned up and all questions were answered before he left. He was also quick to provide service which was a plus. Ray is punctual, communicative, polite, insightful, professional, and extremely pleasant to work with. He quoted us the most reasonably priced solution with great warranty and provided us the most insightful and candid diagnostics of our current water softener at no cost. In the end, I am glad that we can still make some life out of our current unit. We will definitely call him for a replacement when the current unit is done. We strongly recommend him to anyone for water softener, water heater service or other water treatment needs.
