They don't package the products they send properly, the lift table I received from them was damaged, it was on a wood palet too week to support the lift table, and had smashed thru the palet, causing damage to the lift table, then I ordered a replacement part at my cost, they shipped it and it never arrived it was damaged in shipping, then they want to place the burden on me the customer to submit some e-mail based form to their in house shiipper in order to get the part I already paid for and was not responsible for damaging, it's better to get whatever your trying to get form another supplier.
