Monro Muffler Brake & Service

Damaged my vehicle and wasnt able to fix it. Had to take it to another shop to have the damaged repaired for $1400 more than it should have taken if Monro had repaired it correctly. Was offered a refund of only $200 which is what I stupidly paid them in the first place. Told them that was unacceptable and never received a reply.

I needed a new muffler, took my car over at 8am on 9/21/22. I did not get that car back until 5pm. I was told it was because the tip on the welder was broken and had to wait for another one to arrive. I thought , ok it can happen. I paid $380 for this. I notice that my car was sounding loud again. Thought, the weld must not of held. I went to another muffler shop. I was shocked to find and see that the muffler had no welds, but had muffler putty all over it instead, wasnt even the right muffler for my car. I will never go to Monro muffler shop again! Staff is rude and they need to bone up on their communication skills. What a rip off!!

I was broke down at Walmart in Anderson on a Sunday morning. A friend told me to try Monro. I called when they opened at 9 and spoke to Daniel. Daniel came right over to look at my car in the Walmart parking lot. He spent at least a half hour and was able to figure out the problem and get my car started, saving me a lot of time and money. Im now a big fan of Monro and Daniel!
