Neighbor uses Juan's service for grass cutting. While cutting my neighbor's lawn, Juan has damaged existing sprinkler heads on my adjacent property. Admittedly, the damage done is a rare occasion when you factor in all the times he's cut over the years. But recently, I have had a sprinkler head that apparently did not retract all the way back down that was chopped off and another where the weight of his lawn mower and tires pressed down and fractured another head (noticeable because of the deep impressions of tire tracks over the head at a time when the grass had been mowed when wet, allowing the tires to depress into the ground more and fracture the head). At any rate, I replaced the heads and didn't call or complain but put up some noticeable flags a couple weeks prior where the sprinkler heads are located to alert Juan and/or his crew when they cut next. Happened to be sitting in my office when I heard the lawn mowers going. Look out the window and what do I see? Juan slowing down, noticing the flags, and subsequently ignoring them and choosing to run them over with his lawn mower. I go out to ask why? Juan's reply, "I was going to replace them." (even though he did not replace them). Okay? I ask, "Do you know why they were there in the first place and where they even go to replace them?" No reply whatsoever. I proceed to tell Juan that he has damaged two sprinkler heads in the recent past, precisely where these flags were, and I've replaced them out of my own pocket since it is minimal expense, but didn't want him running over them again, which is why I put up the flags to denote where not to run his mower please. The problem is that Juan's mowing deck and tires extend onto my property and precisely at a juncture where these heads have been installed. Okay, he says, we'll use push mower. Great though admittedly, I wonder why that thought didn't enter his mind sooner and a push mower was used on this occasion instead of mowing over the flags as usual. At a minimum, this points to laziness and at most, unprofessionalism. Did he offer to pay me for the damaged heads out of courtesy or ask for proof of receipt? Nope, but that's fine as I didn't expect it. Did he at least offer an apology? Nope. Not one word of I'm sorry or anything of the sort. Did he at least pick up the bits of flags that he chopped and had strewn on my property? Partially, but not all. Even have video of him weeding and hitting one of the remaining flags for a second time. But rather than picking it up and disposing of it himself, he just left it behind on the ground before packing up and hitting the road. Not very professional or respectful of neighbor's adjoining property in my case. Beware as integrity is questionable based on my recent experience.

Juan and his associates are very professional and trust worthy. I always feel I get my money's worth and am not being taken. He takes the time to talk to me and get my opinion and then carefully repeats everything to make sure we are on the same page. Their work is always exemplary and done efficiently. I really like how he takes the initiative in that if something needs to be provided to get the job done he aquires it without me having to get involved. I highly recommend this business. Service: Lawn mowing/maintenance

I've asked Jaun for his expertise on landscaping at our previous home a few times from rock wall flower beds planting trees ,shrubs, flowers and flagstone patio and he hit it out of the park and made it beautiful. I called him once again on our new home and when he arrived I told him it's a blank canvas and to act like it was his yard.It is truly amazing to watch this man's vision come reality. Do yourself and your neighborhood a favor and call Juan
