Dr.Beeson secretarys have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. She answered the phone saying what type of insurance do u have!? There was no how can I help you, didn't introduce herself! And when I brought it to her attention she hung up. Will definitely not have them as Healthcare "professionals"

This place has changed my life I entered the choices program while pregnant and for the first time actually received real treatment and "recovery" not just sobriety .. realizing there's a difference was the key to my success.. I love my groups and Troy Samantha and Dr prizma all were amazing .. I am continuing my journey to real change and cannot wait to see where they help me go with my life! Anyone struggling with substance abuse that really wants a change needs to come here don't be scared bc I'd you just give this place a real try you will see success in your life!

If you’re a new patient you have to call at 8am for same day scheduling- (let’s not mention the fact that this is incredibly unrealistic for those of us with jobs, kids, daily obligations, etc.) We've called the past two weeks at 8 am and each time they have had zero appointments available because they only had one spot and already scheduled it. In the mean time do they offer resources for new patients while they are waiting for the appointment that they can never get? No. Out the two options that are available in this town- the Anderson Center and Community Behavioral Health- id say the system they’re both using is not getting people what they need when they need it.

Everyone was amazing. Terry, CJ and Rachael were incredible. They all were so funny and personable, but at the same time professional and efficient. It’s staff at Community throughout the city that make it a wonderful organization. You know it’s a great place when every other person you talk to has been there for decades.
