Big Head Industry LLC is amazing !!! I have been in several out of state real estate markets and B/Head is the best. Having purchased several homes that probably could have been torn down; B/Head was able to not only salvage the property; they have turned it into a functional rental property at are now a preforming asset.
J. Grueser shoots complete videos of my projects and email them to me for review at a later time. This allows us out- of - state investors a great look at the proposed work prior to it even starting.
J. Grueser also looks at these projects from an owner's prospective. If
it's not going to bring additional rent ...... why spend the money???

This Company is excellent, couldn't ask for better people, bought a house from them roof started leaking and the owner Jim immediately came out to look at it, 2 days later had his crew out here and replaced entire roof, Jim and his crew was very friendly and respectful, could not ask for better people! If you ever are in need of new house, or any of their services I highly recommend using Big Head Industries!!!! They are truly amazing people!!! Thank you Jim and crew you have went over and beyond what I ever expected!
