        They are rude abrasive people and the work environment is robotic and tense the quality lady is out right rude and so is a few of the utilities and one of the main bosses none of them want the machine operators to ask questions or speak to the bosses or quality about anything even if it pertains to parts period if I could give them a -1 I would

        If you are expecting this company to live up to their word and send a replacement for the damaged item you bought from Home Depot, don't hold your breath. It ain't coming no matter how many pleasant emails they respond to. Face it - you have been conned out of money by Home Depot and this company. At least it was only $25 that I am out. No more Home Depot or HDX products and certainly will avoid anything related to this company.
