        My father was in this facility and it was the worse experience of his life. The nurses dont give the correct meds. My sister is a nurse and requested to see his meds before the nurse gave it to my father. Strange how is pain pill was missing and she said it was an accident. Currently have called and made a complaint to Indiana state on the situation. His therapy is by far sub par I sat in on a session for physical therapy and I would t call it therapy at all. We will find him a new facility by the end of day. This facility needs to be cleaned out and get all new staff!!!!!

        Just returned from a visit with my husband, his daughter and son-in-law, to visit his brother-in-law. The place was clean, excellent condition. His brother-in-law was happy, and looked well cared for. This place is a 5 star hotel compared to some nursing facilities I've been in, or worked for. Over all, excellent place to visit.

        Absolutely do not send your love one here! My grandmother was not properly cared for and left for hours without assistance to the restroom.
