I called to have an arrangement put together for my wifes 40th birthday. The lady asked what colors, flowers, vase or no vase, occasion, and price range. She was mildly pleasant. They had it ready in 30 minutes and called to let me know it was ready for pickup. Two younger ladies were running the store dressed very casual. The shop was cluttered but the ladies seemed to have limited space and were busy. The total price was $67.22, cheaper if paying with cash. The vase was basic clear, flowers included pink roses, lilies, daisies, etc. standing approximately 18 inches. Flowers are good quality with firm pedals and little to no bruising/tears. The lady boxes the vase for transport. Overall satisfaction fair to good. The price was a bit high and some of the filler leaves had black dots on them that I am assuming are bug eggs from what Ive read but we simply pulled them out and discarded them. The arrangement still looks very pretty.
