What started out to be a good experience ended up TERRIBLY. I hired Varro Builders to redo 2 bathrooms and a laundry room for my ELDERLY parents home. Mr. Bultema was paid the 50% he requested to start and in the end my 80+ year old parents are now left with 2 unfinished bathrooms and NO laundry room. In addition, I was lucky to receive a drunk text from Mr. Bultema at 4am accusing me of wanting him to work for free !!!! WT* !..If this isn't unprofessional and unethical I don't know what is.

We needed an entire buildout done for a new business in a short amount of time. The owner Andrew helped us every step of the way from the moment we met with him and We couldn’t be happier with the end result! He exceeded our expectations and will call him every time we need something else done from now on.

Varro Builders did a great job on my multifamily rehab project. They installed new flooring, drywall, trim, and many extras such as adding kitchen cabinets, blinds, and laundry hookups. Very satisfied with Andy and his team, will definitely hire them for my next project.

1. Unprofessional, overpriced, took way longer to do the job than was promised. 2. He had teenagers doing horrible paint jobs that we had to go behind and refinish when we paid a premium for tradesmen. 3. He would disappear from the job for days at a time leaving us to do the work we paid him to do, would fight with and fire his help leaving nobody to finish the job on time. 4. He and his team exhibited unprofessional behavior at neighboring businesses to the point where their management contacted us and said to keep them out of their establishment or they’d call the police. 5. They did very sloppy work that had to be redone constantly due to poor organizational habits (would paint before cleaning up drywall dust everywhere). 6. Me and my other co-owners had to work 7 days worth of 18 hours days just to make sure we finished and we finished at 3:30am the morning of our opening event because he decided that he needed to leave for 5 hours the night before to have a meeting with another client which forced all of us to have to work into the night to finish the tasks that, again, we paid him to do. 7. On top of that, despite us doing a large portion of the work that he was paid to do, he then charged us more on top of it at the end claiming we asked him to do extra along the way and the stuff we did (that we paid him to do) used his tools to do it. 8. We ended up paying him plus the extra because his behavior when we discussed it was very thuggish and aggressive and we didn’t want him to come back and harass our employees. 9. Even now that we paid him all and then some we are getting messages from his crew saying they aren’t getting paid for their work and are looking for us to remedy that situation for him. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Services: Drywall installation, Floor fitting, Painting, Design
