I called yesterday to find out if I needed an appointment and what time they are opened till they said I dont need an appointment and the hours are 1pm - 5pm I got to the location in Walmart in Woodstock at 3:30 with one person before me we stood in line for 30min and nobody was at the desk I called the main office and they said they will let her know we waited 15 more min and nobody I called again and they told me Karen will be there so I left this morning I called again and was told the office will be open at 11am got here at 10:45 nobody here again called the main office at 11:30 and the told me that the office will be closed for the weekend total BS

Joan was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all questions we had and even offered information before we asked. She was very thorough on any deductions that might be available to us. We are very pleased with her services and will definitely use her next year.
