These ladies knew what to do! As a guy I had no idea where to start! The owner came out and let me know where to start and what exactly I needed to get the job done! I cannot recommend them enough! While the 2 person team arrived on time, was very nice, and did a great job with the bathrooms, the good ends there. We hired this company for a move-in clean, meaning there was absolutely no furniture and the house was completely empty. I asked for them to wipe down the walls and doors, clean the bathrooms (2.5 baths, so not a crazy number), and clean the kitchen. They were not asked to clean the baseboards as we are replacing, and also did not need to do anything about the carpets as those were professionally steamed. We were quoted 3 hours with 2 people for the job. Ok. After 5.5 hours of work (so 11 working hours), all that was completed was the bathrooms looked great and the kitchen counters were cleaned. The doors and walls were not touched, nor was the inside of the pantry or appliances. The house needed cleaning but was not in any way filthy. I cannot fathom what took 11 hours (that we were charged for, even after agreeing to the price for 6 hours of cleaning). It was my fault for not supervising and running errands while they were in my house. So on top of paying almost double what I was expecting, the agreed upon work was not done and I had to do it myself. The company may be good for a general house cleaning but I definitely do not recommend for anything other than that. Also stay at home!
