Worst delivery experience I have ever had. Schedule delivery on a Friday with payment confirmation. Come Monday I had a driver call me not knowing where to pick up cargo. Needed to provide him step by step in how to do his job.
Worst part of this is the driver never picked up my cargo and decided to lie and said he waited for 2 hrs at the warehouse. Called warehouse to verify this wait time and was told he signed in at 11:00am and left at 11:22am without my cargo.
Company then decided to refund me and blame the warehouse where driver was supposed to pick up the cargo but yet it was a lazy driver who didnt want to wait.

ALLANTE AKINS is the laziest employee I've ever met. Don't recommend this company if you are trying to get your shipment delivered in a timely manner.

They employ a driver who assaulted me during a delivery from Home Depot back in January. They are standing behind this driver and taking his word regarding what happened, totally ignoring the fact that there were 4 witnesses to the man's behavior. Best Transportation and Home Depot have done NOTHING to seriously look into or rectify the situation. It took over two months just to get the name of the driver so I could file a police report.
