Brown Tire and Auto

Update: taking our vehicle once again to repair same issue unfortunately it's under warranty and been paid for so I'm going to accept the warranty work. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.. you'll save your family from all of our troubles we have had with Browns Tire and auto.. Spent thousands down there between our two vehicles. We have taken back our vehicles multiple times to get repaired for same thing due to bad parts or bad labor repairs. They always have an excuse. This last time was end of the road for doing business with Steve. Our van sat down there 6 days with us calling 3 different days asking about progress of course excuse after excuse. Well enough excuses for me I definitely wouldn't take my vehicles down their bad business and you'll spend tons of money on getting it fixed and still have to take it somewhere else.

kept my car for a week after test driving it and diagnosing the issue as a timing belt. had to call them each time to get an update. on day 7 they said they have to purchase a “special tool” in order to do the timing belt. ended up taking it somewhere else. didn’t trust them to do the work after they kept the car for 6 days with zero updates and didn’t even fix the problem.

They kept my car for 3 r 4 days. They said they would call me. Never called I called everyday. Then the last day said it was drivable over the weekend. Which was a lie. Never made it off the parking lot. Then told me my transmission was gone. Will never take my car back. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

AWSOME !!!! The best most honest place I have been. The work that was done was quick and the price could not be beat I checked prices at 4 other places.
