The microbalance order was placed 01-31-19 and we were assured that we would have the unit in a couple of weeks. I have asked to expedite order and the sale person said he'd figure this question out and let me know. Expected time to get balance now is March 4. 5 weeks lead time is something customers need to be warned about.
