I used to go to this store alot until I moved 45min away. Lately when I make a trip down. All I get is a note on door asking me to call if I want them to open. It's happened twice in one week now and I find it hard to run a business or make any money from the business if it's not open during posted hours. I planned to spend a lot. But they lost a sale and possibly a customer. Plz do better

I hate down rating Illinois businesses but I do so.. So that they can be better. Visited recently looking for a replacement USB cable for my hard drive and dashcam because I for one believe in supporting local businesses. The problem was that not only was this not available for purchase but also the condescending attitude of the store owner. This store should stock and sell a wide variety of electronics. I did, however like the variety of older video games for sale in the store..reminded me of Funcoland from back in the 90s. I believe this place can be a hit if these two improvements are made 1) adjust attitudes towards customers that inquire about products that aren't available. 2) increase variety of products available for sale.
