Gigi's Cupcakes

I've never gotten a cupcake I didn't like here. Their gluten-free cupcakes are moist and delicious, too. Taking one star off for their current no-cash policy.

We never had a bad experience on the quality of their product, it's a great place with great customer service as well, but... what business doesn't accept cash! (I'm not 100% sure but I think is against the law not to accept cash)

I haven't been here in a while, but have been meaning to write a review for them. I love cupcakes and was so excited when Gigi's moved in a while back. They have great service, a variety of flavors, and yummy cupcakes!

Very disappointing! Picked up cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday today and they were very dry. For what I paid, I expect a quality product. Won’t go there again! A box cake would have been better.

This place was a big disappointment. I am all about good frosting, and the frosting did not taste like the delicious buttercream I hoped for, but tasted fake with a weird flavor and after taste. I can't think of a favorite because they were all disappointing in different ways. If you want okay cupcakes, you are better off going to Jewel. If you want good tasting cupcakes locally, I'd stick with Laurence Dean's or Beths little bake shop. If you are in Chicago, check out Molly's cupcakes or Sweet Mandy B's.
