Beware of purchasing parts from this vendor, purchased brand new Rack & Pinion from them and 1 weeks later part failed, customer service informed me that the company do not cover labor warranty claims unless your enrolled in their VIP Membership, not sure if you need to pay for that service, but do keep that in mind when purchasing from this company and later your left to fend for yourself, having to do a complete job again completely for free losing time and money.

We apologize for your negative experience, although rare, new parts do fail, and most manufacturers don't offer any type of labor claim to offset the replacement costs. We've recognized this as an issue and have put together a program to cover these issues when they arise so there's no loss for either party.
