They are sooo helpful and honest people to work with. I called originally to have my catch basin to be cleaned (which I thought it needed to be) and it turns out, it wasnt that bad enough that it needed to be cleaned - Thanks! Saved me some money!
But not only that, they impressed me. The guy suggested that we put a camera down the line to the sewer (to make sure its not about to get clogged and to see if theres any tree roots) and thank goodness he suggested that - our pipe to the sewer was like 90% blocked! and w/tree roots!
If we had not unblocked that in time, we would have gotten a sewer backup in a matter of weeks! So we let them clear out the pipe and it was done on that same day.
So, THANK YOU, for your expertise and thoughtfulness.
We would love to work with you guys again and we would highly recommend you to our family and friends!

We recommend Taylor Plumbing if you want fast and dependable service! We have had Taylor Plumbing out twice in the past year for unrelated issues and have been totally satisfied with their expertise and knowledge in doing both a plumbing pipe repair and and a well tank pipe leak. This trash company falsifies documents and tries to trick your staff to allow them to do backflow testing. They will even try to do the work against your will if you refuse. Had to threaten to call the police to get them off my property. They show up with no one requesting the work (claim the Village sent them) and will bill you even though they say the village paid for it. I've never heard of a Village paying for a private businesses annual backflow testing. There are much better companies to use then these wannabe scam artists. STAY AWAY FROM THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!

My store has flood on Friday night,call Taylor Plumbing come to fix,they come next day morning to fix it.Their guy bring the tool in and fix it in 1 hour,After that he told me he got everything out and should be working in a long time.Then they charge me 4 overtime hours labor,$225 per hour just because they told me they has to drive to me and drive back.Total $900.
It's not it, a week later it's happened flood again in my store with same problem.Called them and they come back again,quick fix in about another 45 minutes,i don't have what the first visit do but it has to be fixing right.
Now what,they bill me $1500 for 2 visit.
I called them to ask about the bill,it's support to be warranty for the job,not just happened in only 1 week,asked them is there anyway he can avoid the second visit or at least reduce the bills.The man over the phone talking to me like i'm his child,yielded at me,and cut off the conversation.Please stay away from the guys,they just try to riff you off with their poor service and don't take responsibility for their job
