I hired Mr. Sokolovsky to install a tri zone mini split. Though he knew I had the parts, he brought more & billed me $1500 + $500 'miscellaneous' what a joke. I'm stuck w/heavy equipment have to pay return shipping on, overseas mind you, & it's heavy.He returned to move a component, cracked my wall, and the heat hasn't worked since. He left in a huff b/c I refused to pay double the amount he quoted me.Now, over a week later, the temp in here is between 54-63 degrees. I have congestive heart failure & it's a struggle to keep from shivering. I said, Mike, in 2 days I'm back to the hospital & still no response.Watch out, he's a Dr. Jeckel/Mr. Hyde. My advice?
