I came in yesterday during what you would call a lunch rush. I was having a bad day at work (I started work around 7:30) the line was kind of long but surprisingly it moved really fast. There was a young lady and two gentlemen working that morning. They were all working so well together getting everyone their food. It was my turn to order and it felt as if the young lady could sense that I was having a bad day. She greeted me and talked to me while she was slicing my sub. By the time I received my lunch I felt so much better. I will definitely come back hopefully shell be working that day

Once again walked into Jersey Mike's order to giant subs asked them for no onions on one sub. They confirm my order. They walk me through the line ask me what I want what I don't want I tell them they acknowledge me. I go to check my phones to log in to their app when I get home I notice. Today forgot the bacon again. Why do you guys consistently on forget things these. It seems like if I ask you one little question or to change 1 little thing like don't put onions on their all the sudden is throws off the simple people that work there and they can't remember to add bacon which is what you already paid for. this is the last time. I am not gonna spend $32 on overpriced sandwiches with 2 thin layers of off brand meet. To have my guys forget the bacon again.
