        First day the guy gave me a "tour" of their little gym and showed the slew of merchandise to buy. Then proceeded to initiate an awkward "getting to know me" session! It's not a date buddy! He insisted that I should sign up for their membership, although I told him three times that I feel more comfortable taking my time. He made me completely uncomfortable. The gym is small and there's too many punch bags that restricts moving freely. Not going back anymore.

        The toughest, yet most addicting, workout out there right now. This is perfect for all fitness levels because everything can be modified to your ability. We sweat (a lot), we laugh, we get strong, and we get fit!! There is no better satisfaction then a good dose of adrenaline!

        I just started to join the kickboxing club a month ago. I definitely love it. It is intense and fun. Great exercise. You also can make some friends. Their have different hours everyday for both early birds and normal working people who only have time after work. I lost about 4 pounds in 3 weeks and I am quite thin actually.
