Amazing gym! Equipment is new and the best you can find. Lot of equipment you won’t find anywhere else. Staff and owner are the most friendly helpful people you will find. You really feel like you’re apart of a family and not just a member.

The trainers take the time to learn your abilities and push you to reach your goals. Such a fun group atmosphere. I have been a member for over 4 years & the workouts are always fresh and challenging. Awesome.

I have been working with Pam at Strand Fitness for about a year now. I have dealt with back issues for all of my adult life, and although Ive explored a number of avenues to help it, Ive never been satisfied. My physiatrist recommended I work with a personal trainer to build strength to support my back, so I started doing some research. I knew with my years of back issues that I needed to be really thoughtful about who I worked with. I wanted to work with someone who I felt confident would have the necessary knowledge and a balanced approachto challenge me to build strength while also being necessarily cautious given my back issues. From the first time I met with Pam to talk about my concerns, I felt confident that she would be a good fit for me, and it has been great! Pam is great at checking in with me and at having me listen to my body in order to safely increase strength. I have definitely noticed a difference in strength and confidence! Ive also taken a cautious approach to COVID, and Pam has graciously worked with me to be able to continue having sessions via Zoom for now. I believe that Strand Fitness really cares about their clients and their health. Highly recommend!
