Michael Battisto: Allstate Insurance

I have had two claims on my car that were paid in full by Allstate. They are prompt, courteous and professional. I think their rates are in line with major insurance agencies. I recommend this agency. There has never been a time when Allstate has not helped me when I needed them. A excellent company!

We got hail damage on our own you car, and it was pretty simple to file a claim and get an adjuster come out to inspect the car. Michael Battisto, our agent, and the rest of the staff were helpful in answering any questions that we had. We still need to take the car in to get it repaired, but the damage is fully covered so we're very happy!

Michael and his entire team are super willing and helpful. We had an issue with our rental property management company that went on for what seems like forever but after calling your office the team there went above and beyond to help fix the problem. Called and mailed my bill and after a month and alittle have yet to hear from this agent Michael I am a new customer to him and have been with Allstate over 22 years. My agent passed away.
