First time trying to use a handicap accessible service. I called - person unpleasant on phone and told me to go fill out the form online. So I had to wait until I could do that and then called back and booked a ride. I later found an alternate option that was much closer and faster to get to me. I called back within 10 minutes to cancel - and the operator was again quite rude and told me I was past the cancellation period. Didn’t I read that on the terms and conditions? I said no. So a first time user, operator rude on phone, and they charged the full fare. I can tell you I will never call this service again. Rude customer service and very inconsiderate.

I used them to take my wheelchair bound mother to our family Thanksgiving dinner at our nephew's place. I had an EXCELLENT experience. The lady I worked with was very polite, caring and friendly and made sure she understood our needs (my mother has a large, reclining wheelchair which almost converts into a bed). They sent the right sized van and the driver--he goes by "Baba"--was absolutely outstanding. He arrived on time, took over the wheelchair from the very beginning, made sure it was well-secured in the van, and safely and carefully drove us to our appointment. He repeated this on the return and was very friendly and gentle the entire time. If our experience is reflective of their customary service, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. We will be using them as often as we need to.
