Robert is super talented, both as a teacher and a musician and is really a pleasure to learn from. I think the key ingredient to his success with students is his ability to understand what you want out of your guitar experience, and know where you need to start and at what pace to bring you along. As your aspirations grow, he moves along with you. He can teach you shortcuts and methods of learning that you didn't know you could do, and are only limited by your own motivation.
Our daughter has really enjoyed her lessons with Robert. It’s amazing to see the progress she has made in such a short time. She always looks forward to the semi-annual concerts to show off what she has learned. Thank you Robert and DuPage Guitar.

My son looks forward to his guitar lessons with Robert every week. Won't miss it for anything. My son's skills and confidence in guitar playing have improved remarkably especially after he participated at the benefit concerts for veterans. I think the concerts are a great way for the kids to share their time and talent for a good cause. Two thumbs, way up!

We have been going to Robert for 3 years now... lessons at our home and his home. Everything has been fantastic! The lessons, parades and the shows! So much more than just a guitar lesson. Now with the new space the possibilities are limitless! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to learn how to play or how to play better.

I had tried a few teachers before I came to Dupage Music School and met Rob. Honestly I'd convinced myself it was hopeless I'd never really play guitar. I said I will try one more teacher before I give up and get rid of the guitars. After three months I've played my first song perfectly, and he has made me believe now I can play, I am Playing. So many teachers string you along with mindless drills and you never really play music or understand the real concepts. Rob broke it down in plain english and sowed me tricks on playing you won't learn anywhere else.
His patience and easy going style, and encouragement are what you need to learn and it really be fun.
I'd only wished I found him 2 years ago, but that being said. I'm so excited now to be on this journey and where I'll be in a year, 2 years, three years.
It feels great to have my wife and kids hear me practicing songs and honestly be shocked how well I play now. My grandson starts his first lesson with Rob this week, I have no doubt we'll be jamming together and making memories to last forever. Thanks Dupage Music School, thanks Rob, for being a great teacher,friend, and person.
