Dear Courtney, Thank you for the 4 stars. I'm sorry if we weren't clear. We always give you exactly what the total is and what each item costs while we are designing the item with you. We write it down, show you and tell you what you are looking at. Before anyone places an order and leaves they know the exact price. We did this with you and we still have the note card with your quote from November 2022 when you placed the order if you would like to see it. We did not change the price to reflect the increase from 2022, nor did we charge you a storage fee. We regret the misunderstanding. - The Framemakers team
