Once again, I am left astonished. Chas has gone above and beyond for me and my family. We have had a rough year with emergency repairs and damages to medical leave of absence from work. Chas has been helpful, patient and way more accommodating than he is required to be. His staff is always friendly and polite. I will refer everyone I know, and don't know to him because of the amazing customer service he provides. I will never ever have coverage from any company that is not STATEFARM! Thank you so much for everything Chas.

WOW! Well I cannot fit all the AMAZING things I would like to on this post. Let me first start by saying, when I switched to statefarm in 2014, I had no idea the level of professionalism and customer service I was going to receive. Chas has always had INCREDIBLE team members with him, from Britney to Angel, IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PLEASURE speaking to my insurance. Chas, has ALWAYS explained every detail of my numerous questions without a huff. . and I have many. He is so kind and patient and truly goes ABOVE and BEYOND for his clients. In most recent times, we have had some home damage, and he referred another company to us for the labor, he followed up, they took care of EVERYTHING! Then to go even further, he calls me today to let me know even more WONDERFUL news! Honestly, I could cry right now given our current situation, and the weight that was just lifted off my shoulders from yet another great conversation with him. THANK YOU SO MUCH CHAS, AND YOUR WHOLE TEAM FOR ALL YOU DO! I will refer you to as many people as often as I am able! -Tori
