All kinds of red flags and I am sorry to say I ignored them from the first down payment that they took twice they did make that right but that's the only thing. They said it would be a total of 3 days which turned into 120 days and they still never finished it they gave me a very small discount the tub was installed wrong they installed the flooring like it was a sub which means now if the $75 worth of flooring fails you have to gut the bathroom Stevie wonder could have cut straighter lines on the trim. the whole that was cut for the water and drain lines looks like he cut it with an hatchet after see the crapmenship that was performed on my house I wouldn't recommend them to work on an outhouse Not sure which 5 star bath solutions location this is but the one that is supposed location on 14 mile With service this bad that means the warranty is worthless Save your money or hire your landscaper to do it because they sure couldn't do any worse Service: Remodeling

Marcus and his team did a exlent job. His crew was able to coplete the job in one day. We oppted to have them stay laye instead of coming back thre next day. The installers were so quiet, cleaned up and took the old shower walls and glass doors with them. Marcus came out to inspect their work. There was one place that didnt mach up, but no problem the installers came out ane fixed it to my familys sadisfaction. Headach free! Would recomend marcus and his team. These guys saved the day! We had issues for years with our walk in shower leaking into our kitchen due to improper installation from the previous owners. We spent so much time and money trying to fix it including having a different company demo and install a tiled shower, which also failed. We called Five Star and they not only installed a beautiful tub/shower they fixed all of our drywall that we had to rip out and assured us that we shouldn't have anymore issues. They are affordable, professional and very polite. They respected our time and our home and left everything clean and tidy. The were fantastic and I recommend them to anyone. We had a fantastic experience with Five Star. They were responsive, professional, and did a quality job. They took their time with the planning so that we got exactly what we wanted. Their crew was meticulous and really careful to make sure everything was perfect. There was great communication from start to finish. They even cleaned up after each day of work. I would highly recommend Five Star for your bathroom project needs!
