So I had went in to get my car key programmed. I waited there for about 2 hours. They finally bring my car out and parked it on the parking lot in a heavy rain. How convenient, I had to walk out in the rain all soaked wet. Thank you for being considerate dealership for bringing it in for me near where the windows are in the garage. Then when I went home, I inspect to my see If there are any damages on my steering wheel. I contacted them the next day and they haven’t gotten back to me right away. I had to call the corporate office and then they had contacted them and then finally those guys have gotten back to me. I am still Waiting for their response about the resolution. Let’s see what they say.
