    Make sure you don’t get stuck with George. He doesn’t take into consideration upgrades to your property and doesn’t even come close to appraising the true value of a home given the comps in the area.

    I loved this company and this company is one of the most professional appraisal companies i know. Other reviews that get bad ratings are mostly Just mad because there house is not worth what they thought it should be. I would HIGHLY recommend going through this company. They take time and effort to complete there work To there fullest.

    Subpar work product. The appraiser, Greg Drennan, only used what he could find on the internet for market comps. Much of the comp data ended up being incorrect, particularly adjustments he made for square footage. He took comp SF that included basements, attics, porches, etc. from MLS listings to compare to the appraised house where he excluded the square feet for these same areas, resulting in an appraised value that was very low. He used 6 comparable transactions, 2 of which didn’t exist as they hadn’t been built, but were shown on MLS as hypothetical houses a builder might build for a given price. When his preconceived valuation didn’t conform to two of the other comp’s higher values, he made an “area” adjustment lowering those comp values despite these being 2-3 blocks from the subject house, (same demos, same schools, etc.). The entire appraisal was a disaster and a waste of $550. Stay away.
