Please, please have Copart take over your company so they can fire your IT staff and restaff, so then somebody in the company will answer me as to why I cannot bid on items, including items open to the public. Left the same message at least twice on the IAAI popup questionnaire. Copart so much better on responding, just bought another vehicle on that site with no problems.

stay away from this company. service is really bed. Charging huge fees, cant even pay for car using cashiers check

I'm not one to normally leave reviews but this company is a joke. Vehicles are constantly damaged at the yard, parts get stolen, and if you need to contact buyer services customer support they have at least 50 people in line and you'll be on the phone for hours, even the chat takes an hour to get a response...at least while your on hold for 2 hours they can tell you how they are the "leader" in the auto auction business. At least fix your customer support and maybe you'll be a decent business..

This place ie a shame, a scam and a fraud . The so called check they left me is probably going to turnout to be worthless. The name they have on It and the addresses isnt even correct. They called and harassed me while i was at work to get the car I had. . It took them over a week to even get the car. If I could give them zero stars I would. Plus the claimed my insurance company hired them, when i was the one who made the mistake of calling them
